Newport War Memorial Wreath Baskets

It has become clear wreaths laid on Remembrance Sunday can become scattered & damaged once the weather becomes inclemant. Therefore it is intended to commission robust baskets, that fit onto the railings, to place the wreaths in once the railings have been replaced.
